GETUP & FLY offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. GETUP & FLY does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors.  Hence, customer agrees that GETUP & FLY acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that GETUP & FLY shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith.

 

DOCUMENTATION:

U.S. citizens travelling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.” The responsibility for the proper documents rests with individual passenger, no GETUP & FLY.

 

PRICE QUOTES:

The fare prices provided for all passengers are quoted in US Dollars. Fares and availability are subject to change until ticketed. Prices are guaranteed only at time of purchase. All advanced ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket must be booked in the passenger’s name as it is precisely displayed on a government issued ID. Changing names on tickets is prohibited.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS REFUND:

Ticket changes may incur penalties and/or increased fares in addition to any stated change fees. Advance notice is required to change reservations. To change or cancel your flight itinerary, call this travel agency or the airline you are scheduled to take. Airlines may apply substantial fees and additional charges for changes to some non-refundable tickets prior to departure date. Penalty charges may vary with different carriers. In addition to any penalty or fare differences charged by the carrier, we might levy service fee for any changes, cancellations, or refunds made to a reservation after the ticket has been issued. We do not accept debit cards or third party credit cards.

 

CHANGES MADE BY AIRLINES:

Airlines reserve the right to cancel or change schedules without notice. Schedules shown are based on expected flying times as indicated by the airlines. Because weather, war, world virus outbreaks, natural disasters and other factors may cause airlines to cancel or reschedule flights, flights cannot be guaranteed. GETUP & FLY is not responsible for the action of airlines.
